Aditi Rao is the Founder and CEO of FirstTopper, an emerging digital learning platform dedicated to transforming education through practical, industry-focused training in Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, and career-oriented technology programs.
With a strong academic foundation in Artificial Intelligence and Computer Science from International Institute of Information Technology Bangalore (2009), Aditi developed deep technical expertise early in her career. She further strengthened her global business perspective by pursuing advanced business and management studies at International Business Management Institute (IBMI), Berlin.
Her professional journey began at Syscom, where she gained valuable industry experience in technology operations, business processes, and organizational growth. This exposure inspired her vision to bridge the growing gap between traditional education and real-world industry requirements.
Driven by the belief that skills should lead directly to career opportunities, Aditi founded FirstTopper to create an accessible learning ecosystem that combines practical training, mentorship, and digital innovation.
