The company is losing revenue to a high rate of customer attrition (churn), but the marketing and product teams have no clear framework to identify which customers are leaving and why. Retention budgets are currently spent on generic, ineffective promotions instead of targeting genuinely high-risk segments.
Your task: analyse the data, identify the high-risk customer segments, explain the drivers of churn, and recommend a focused revenue-preservation strategy that the business can act on.
