  • Sharing login credentials is strictly prohibited.

4. Payments & Refund Policy (IMPORTANT)

  • All fees paid to FirstTopper are non-refundable.

  • Once a course, test series, or subscription is purchased, no refund, cancellation, or transfer is allowed under any circumstances.

  • By making a payment, the customer explicitly agrees that fees are non-refundable.

  • Prices may change at any time without prior notice.

5. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate registration information

  • Not copy, distribute, or resell content

  • Maintain confidentiality of login details

Violation may result in suspension or termination without refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

FirstTopper is not responsible for:

  • Exam results or outcomes

  • Technical interruptions or delays

  • Third-party services or links

Use of the platform is at the user’s own discretion and risk.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse services, or engage in unethical activities—without prior notice or refund.

9. Modifications to Services

FirstTopper reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service, content, or feature at any time without liability.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
